And they don't always happen separately. A single Inspired Mind Lab experience might bring several of these areas together.
CONNECTING IDEAS
STEAMM helps children see how different ideas can connect, rather than experiencing each subject in isolation.
Why STEAMM?
Building a robot can involve technology, engineering, mathematics and creativity. Exploring the human body can connect science, technology and medicine. Designing something new can begin with imagination and lead to testing, problem-solving and discovery.
Children's curiosity doesn't always fit neatly into one subject.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Your child doesn't need to already be interested in science, coding, robotics or mathematics. Inspired Mind Lab is for children who are curious, creative, hands-on, imaginative, or simply interested in trying something new.

Creating more opportunities for curious young minds
Inspired Mind Lab began in Clarence, on Hobart's Eastern Shore, with a bigger goal: to help more children see the possibilities that learning, discovery and new experiences can open up.
We’re starting locally and building from there, strengthening connections with educators, community and industry to create more opportunities for young people.
Our longer-term vision is to help connect the curiosity children develop today with possibilities they may not yet know exist.
